Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for services provided by WorldStage Media LLC.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. One-Time Projects

For one-time projects such as:

  • Website design
  • Branding
  • Graphic design
  • Content creation
  • Video editing
  • Strategy work
  • Setup-based services

Clients may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

However:

  • If work has not yet started, cancellation may be reviewed under our Refund Policy
  • If work has already started, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund

Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

2. Monthly / Recurring Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Social media management
  • Paid ads management
  • Creative retainers
  • Ongoing marketing support
  • Website maintenance
  • Consulting retainers

Clients must provide written cancellation notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If notice is not provided within that time, the next billing cycle may still be charged.

3. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel during an active service period or billing cycle:

  • The current cycle will generally continue until its scheduled end
  • Fees already paid for the current cycle are generally non-refundable
  • Work already scheduled, planned, or allocated may still be completed or considered delivered

4. Project Pause vs Cancellation

A project pause is not the same as a cancellation.

If a client becomes unresponsive or delays the project for an extended period:

  • We may place the project on hold
  • Delivery timelines may be affected
  • Reactivation may require revised scheduling or additional fees depending on the delay

5. Company Right to Cancel or Refuse Service

WorldStage Media LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse service if:

  • Payment is not received
  • The client becomes abusive or uncooperative
  • The requested work violates legal, ethical, or platform guidelines
  • The project becomes misaligned with the originally agreed scope

In such cases, any refund decision will be made at our sole discretion based on the work already completed.
