Refund Policy

At WorldStage Media LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital, media, marketing, and creative services.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, planning, strategy, creative work, and/or digital execution, refunds are generally limited once work has started.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the type of service purchased.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has started or access has been granted:

  • Strategy or consultation sessions
  • Discovery calls (if paid)
  • Branding concepts or creative work
  • Website design or development work already initiated
  • Social media planning or content work already created
  • Paid advertising setup or campaign work
  • Video editing or custom content creation
  • Digital deliverables already sent
  • Monthly retainers after service cycle has begun
  • Any custom service involving manual labor or dedicated production time

3. Deposits / Advance Payments

Any deposit, booking fee, or advance payment made to reserve a project slot or begin work is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This is because time, planning, and scheduling resources are allocated once a project is confirmed.


4. Refunds Before Work Starts

A refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started and no strategy, design, production, or service preparation work has begun.

If approved, any applicable processing, consultation, or administrative charges may still be deducted.


5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be considered if:

  • A client cancels before a major portion of work is completed
  • The service has not been substantially delivered
  • Both parties mutually agree in writing

Any approved partial refund will be based on the amount of work, time, and resources already used.


6. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delay in client response
  • Client decision to pause the project
  • Preference changes after work has begun
  • Failure to provide required materials or approvals
  • Lack of use of purchased service time or support

7. Subscription / Retainer Services

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Fees paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable
  • Work and support allocated during that billing period remain billable even if the client chooses to discontinue

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with a payment or service, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged with supporting records including:

  • Service agreements
  • Communication records
  • Work progress
  • Invoices
  • Delivery proofs
